You reach the apartment through an inner courtyard where absolute calm reigns: everything here invites you to relax.
The space
Designed for 1 to 4 guests, this open-plan loft features:
- A sleeping area with a very large, very comfortable double bed
- A large living room with a sofa bed
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower
- A separate kitchen, fully equipped to cook just like at home (Nespresso, dishwasher, oven…)
The spirit of the place? Minimalist, authentic and warm, with an industrial-chic touch: exposed brick, wooden beams, raw materials. Ideal for lovers of clean design and creative minds.
Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washer-dryer: everything is here for a relaxing stay. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Baby cot available on request.

Behind a discreet gate lies a quiet, secure courtyard, a hidden little haven where you can safely leave your bikes. Check-in is fully self-service, via a key box at the entrance. The code is sent to you the evening before your arrival. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out until 11 am. Parking is free in Sancerre.
