A minimalist yet warm loft with exposed brick, beams and raw materials: a large bed in an open sleeping area, a living room with a sofa bed, an Italian-style walk-in shower and a separate, fully equipped kitchen. Sleeps up to 4 guests.

About 2.5 hours from Paris via the A77 (exit Cosne-sur-Loire), 45 min from Bourges. Free parking in Sancerre, EV charging station on the rempart des Abreuvoirs.
By train
Tracy-Sancerre station is 5 min away by car, Cosne-sur-Loire station 15 min (more trains). There are no taxis at the station: book one in advance.
Once here
Everything is within walking distance: wine cellars, restaurants, shops and the Tour des Fiefs are a few minutes from the loft.

Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. Self check-in with a key box; the code is sent to you the evening before arrival.
How many people can stay at Le Petit Sancerrois?
Up to 4 guests: a very large double bed in the sleeping area and a sofa bed in the living room. A baby cot is available on request.
Where can I park in Sancerre?
Parking is free in Sancerre, for example on Nouvelle Place and along the rempart des Augustins, a few minutes' walk away. There is an EV charging station on the rempart des Abreuvoirs.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided. The loft also has a washer-dryer.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund of prepayments if you cancel at least 14 days before arrival, 50% up to 7 days before, non-refundable after that.
Is there Wi-Fi and air conditioning?
Yes: high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Nespresso).
Can I store bikes?
Yes, the quiet inner courtyard, closed by a gate, is a safe place to leave your bikes.
